This large-scale Hong Kong headquartered fashion retailer is looking for the Head of Retail (Mainland China) to be based out of Guangzhou.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the Mainland China retail strategy and manage the P&L and sales performance across 100+ stores. You will drive the business to increase the sales and grow into other regions of Mainland China when it deems appropriate. You will perform hands-on analysis on the performances of current stores and make decisions on the store mix based on data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience, with strong exposure gained from the retail industry and Mainland China/Southern China
  • Native speaker of Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Willingness to be based in Guangzhou on weekdays; business travels in Mainland China would be on demand
  • Can perform hands-on work and analysis based on data and numbers
