Job Responsibilities

  • To carry out HR duties in an accurate and timely manner under a fast-paced environment
  • Data entry of all employee details and changes in the Oracle database system; maintain all personnel files
  • Drafting of HR forms (joiners, leavers, amendments) for Asia Pacific region, including but not limited to; new hires, leavers, contract amendments
  • Manage and track the approvals for all forms by liaising with signatories in Asia Pacific, UK and US.
  • Manage and distribute the weekly documents tracker report and other monthly new hire reports.
  • Administer the company benefits for staff including health & life insurances and statutory pension
  • Draft employment documents including contracts, amendment letters, termination letters, probation letters and reference letters
  • Manage the employment visa process for employees and dependents when necessary
  • Update monthly HR reports, organizational charts and other ad hoc reports as requested by the HR Manager
  • Assist in ad hoc projects / assignments as required from time to time


Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related studies
  • 2+ years of relevant HR/Admin working experience within a multinational firm
  • Excellent communications in English & Chinese
  • Good attention to detail and well-organised with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discreet manner
  • Proficiency in MS office, Oracle HCM experience preferred
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediately available preferred
  • Communication – ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation, both verbally and in writing.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion – ability to effectively negotiate with management and individuals where necessary whilst maintaining sensitivity to underlying issues.
  • Organisational skills – ability to plan and prioritise workload and co-ordinate group activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
