HR Country Manager (Global insurer) – up to $HK 60,000 p/m

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all HR related matters within the Hong Kong office
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and local regulations
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide support for conflict resolution
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonus calculations
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR management


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
  • Experience working in the insurance industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Hong Kong
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
