- Act as the main point of contact for all HR related matters within the Hong Kong office
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and local regulations
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support for conflict resolution
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonus calculations
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
- Experience working in the insurance industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Hong Kong
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
