Human Resources Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, staff training & development, organizing staff activities, and general office duties;
  • Operate financial and HRIS systems;
  • Prepare HR report and assist in ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines;
  • Experience in HRIS system preferred;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Chinese and English word processing);
  • Fresh graduate or IANG graduate will be considered.
