Responsibilities
Responsible for full cycle recruitment process from job postings, screening CVs, arrange interviews, confirm offers and preparing contracts;
Staff on board procedures and uniforms handling;
Handle and maintain staff record under HRIS;
Update management reports on recruitment activities regularly;
Provide ADMIN. & clerical support to HR team
Assist in any ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Diploma or above in HR or related discipline;
With 1 year relevant experience, retail experience highly preferred;
well-organized, detail-minded and strong sense of responsibilities;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Proficient in MS Word and Excel;
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese;
Immediate available is highly preferred;
Fresh graduates will also be considered
