Human Resources Assistant (Fashion Retail)

Giorgio Armani Hong Kong Limited, part of the Armani Group, is now inviting high caliber candidates to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities :

To assist the overall Human Resources operations including but not limited to:

• Recruitment activities of frontline and back office staff, interview arrangement, on-boarding orientation and off-boarding procedures
• Support C&B area such as coordination of commission files, leave and attendance record, staff letter and correspondence, administration of staff benefits and insurance scheme
• Provide administrative support on all Human Resources documentation, as well as consolidate and prepare regular Human Resources reports for management review
• Provide data management assistance and responsible for the system enhancement
• Assist in other Human Resources and ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or Business related disciplines
• Preferably with working experience in Retail organization
• Practical level in computer software, such as Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese/ Mandarin
• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Attention to details and organized
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
