Our client, a professional services firm specializing in engineering and construction across various industries, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to drive business performance through strategic people management. In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director in Hong Kong and the senior leadership team to execute business and HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster collaboration between key business sectors and HR Shared Services to align on business needs and deliver appropriate support.
Integrate the people agenda into business strategy and lead change initiatives.
Participate actively in the Asia HR Business Partners Forum to shape HR strategy.
Drive business performance through effective performance management and organisational development.
Lead talent and succession management, ensuring compliance and risk management.
Key Requirements:
Proven commercial and business acumen at a middle to senior HR level or as a business leader.
Strategic mindset with strong intellectual capability and sound judgment.
Excellent influencing and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and political awareness.
Ability to build credible, trusting relationships across the organization.
Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to identify development areas.
