Oversee Compensation & Benefits services and Analyze market research on the latest compensation and benefit benchmarking
Review and develop HR policies, Guidelines, and SOPs
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience in the banking industry
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
