Investment Analyst - Credit Investment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing potential credit investment opportunities by conducting due diligence, performing valuation and comparable analysis, and building dynamic financial forecasts
• Contribute to the preparation and presentation of investment opportunities for the consideration of the investment committee
• Participate in monitoring new and existing portfolio investments
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in investment management, private equity, investment banking, commercial banking (in LBO or real estate), big 4 accounting firms (prefer corporate finance) or equivalent financial industries
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or other relevant disciplines
• Demonstrable interest in the investment industry and financial markets, particularly in the private credit sector and real estate markets
• Adaptive team player with strong work ethics and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• The role will be based in Hong Kong
