Key Accountabilities:

In addition to following Joyce’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support and coordinate for CRM activities including customer acquisition, retention, customer segmentation, database marketing and VIP program initiatives
  • Work closely with internal departments and partners in implementing CRM marketing campaigns
  • Analyze customer database and identify the target segment for formulating CRM activities
  • Deliver different CRM KPI reports and post-campaign reports
  • Monitor performance, effectiveness of CRM campaigns and program benefits
  • Assist in the creation, implementation of direct marketing campaigns (email, SMS, MMS)
  • Assist in handling customer enquiries and feedback

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing & CRM gained through international fashion retailers, preferably in luxury fashion industry
  • Passion and commitment to the world of fashion
  • Capable of working independently and meeting stringent deadlines
  • Strong interest and dedication to communicating consistent and compelling brand stories
  • Strong believer in the power of marketing, constantly seeking innovative ways to communicate
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
