Our client operates primarily in the public sector and is focused on addressing the challenges posed by an aging population. They are currently seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee, coordinate, and monitor the overall operation of Elderly Home's care services for tenants.
Main Duties & Responsibility:
As the Nursing Manager, your role will involve the following responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate healthcare policies and protocols for Elderly Homes and other care services.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to residents by overseeing nursing routines and updating individualized care plans.
Coordinate and implement infection control measures to effectively manage outbreaks of contagious diseases.
Manage the pre-admission process, which includes evaluating applications and assessing potential candidates.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and provide customized services based on residents' specific care needs.
Plan and execute staff schedules, manage shifts, organize training programs, and monitor performance.
Address inquiries, feedback, and grievances from stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and problem resolution.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Valid practicing certificate (RN) issued by the relevant nursing council.
Demonstrated self-motivation and a deep-rooted passion for providing exceptional care services to the elderly.
Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to effectively supervise and organize a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Maturity, a service-oriented mindset, and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
