Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, Asia @Tory Burch
JOB SUMMARY
The Officer, Talent Acquisition role will responsible for supporting full spectrum of talent acquisition for Asia Retail across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Australia regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and implement talent identification and work with Business Partners in people planning process to deliver current and future capacity and capability
Prepare periodic reports e.g. time-to-fill, process effectiveness/efficiency, performance of sourcing channels, cost per hire etc.
Provide full consultative service to hiring managers with regards to the recruitment industry and market trends
Explore and develop innovative sourcing channels to meet business growth needs
Maintain good working relationship with internal stakeholders and candidates
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment-related approval protocols
Support ad-hoc tasks as required
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
2-3 years of experience in inhouse or agency recruitment, while solid experiences in relevant industry is preferable
Able to work independently and under a fast pace environment
A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to details with strong sense of responsibility
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
