  • Manages production line manpower and organize the efficient personnel arrangement to complete production plan
  • Monitors and prioritizes daily production activities to ensure the optimal line efficiency conforms with planned production targets
  • Supervises the daily production activities and ensure the process in accordance with PIC/S GMP or other certified practice requirements in all aspects
  • Maintains a safe and hygienic working environment by directing personal training to frontline production staff, and ensures the usage of all control points, equipment, and other production-related auxiliaries complies with established policies and standard working procedures
  • Collaborates closely with different departments to ensure product quality compliance and established manufacturing practice
  • Liaises with external parties, contractors, and suppliers on production equipment maintenance or line rectification
  • Accomplishes other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management


Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in production manufacturing, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG industries
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Hardworking, initiative, self-motivated and attentive to details
  • Good communication, problem-solving, time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate staff members and develop a culture of operational excellence
  • Excellent team spirit, positive-thinking and goal-oriented spirit
