Responsibilities

  • Understand customers’ needs & challenges, propose the right solution from the D&B Solution Suite;
  • Solicit new sales opportunities by both warm calls & cold calls and customer meetings to meet the monthly sales target;
  • Upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing customer to maximize sales;
  • Handle customers enquiries & objections in a professional manner;
  • Collaborate with internal resources to provide solutions to maximize customer’s satisfaction
  • Prepare service proposals & agreements;
  • Keep organized call log & update opportunities / sales activities to CRM.

Requirements

  • Associated Degree holder in Business or related discipline with at least one years’ or above experience in corporate B2B sales; (Fresh grads with strong motivation and good communication skills will also be considered.)
  • Result-oriented, ambitious, self-motivated and have STRONG will to win;
  • Ability to engage prospect in conversations to understand their needs & challenges;
  • Good listening, probing, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Well-organized, hardworking, and able to work independently under pressure;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage.
