Our commitment to doing what’s right goes beyond our day-to-day roles. And we’re so proud to spotlight our Global Executive Creative Director Shaheed, who is helping to pave the way for brighter futures as a volunteer at Key4Life, a charity that aims to “rehabilitate young men in prison or at risk of going to prison, and provide real solutions to help reduce youth offending.” Inspired by his conversation on a podcast with Vernel Dolor who, through the Key4Life program, became a public speaker and life coach for disadvantaged youth, Shaheed began volunteering with the organization himself in 2023. Recently, Shaheed joined a mentorship day to offer guidance on business ideas and interview techniques. “It’s helped me realize that we’re all the same. We’re all born with talent to change the world for the better,” Shaheed said. “The only difference that enables us to reach our potential are the role models that we have and the opportunities that are presented to us. There is always hope for change when we build an equal playing field for all.”
