The Department

The IT Operations and Systems Department provides the Club’s internal and external customers with expected IT System and Services that enable business operations. The Department’s goal is to provide the Club’s IT customers with best in class IT service offerings and experience.

IT Operations and Systems serves as the primary user engagement channel for IT for help and service offerings fulfillment. Engagement is offered 24x7 via phone, email and direct on-site support.

IT Operations and Systems is the Service owner responsible for; IT Data Computing facilities; production Infrastructure platforms; Incident, Change, Problem, Resilience, Capacity, Configuration, Procurement functions; Service Assurance and Quality management; and Level 1 /2 system support functions.

The Job

You will:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Executive, including but not limited to schedule management, travel arrangement and claims handling
  • Handle and coordinate various administrative processes
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external parties for workshops, cross-departmental / project meeting
  • Support staff on-boarding / off-boarding processes and other HR related matters
  • Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets and ad-hoc correspondences
  • Prepare and coordinate Executive Paper submission to senior management meeting
  • Organise overseas trip, flight and hotel bookings, handle claims and reimbursement administrative procedures
  • Handle routine and other general administrative tasks as assigned


About You

You should have:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ of experience in secretarial or administration duties gained in sizable organizations
  • Solid experience in report preparation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with all levels of staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Good ability to prioritize, multi-task and work flexibly and independently with high level of accuracy
  • High integrity in maintaining strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and matters
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good proficiency of written and spoken English, Cantonese. Putonghua is an added advantage
  • Excellent communications skills with ability to establish good team work

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
