Our client is a well-established company in the travel industry. They are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth through online channels and OTA partnerships.


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive online sales and revenue growth through major OTA platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key OTA partners to drive sales and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies to expand online customer base and increase market share.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute integrated online sales and marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for sales and customer experience enhancements.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • A minimal of 8 years of relevant work experience in the travel industry, preferably gained from sizable and international brands/ OTA platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of online sales channels, OTA platforms, and digital marketing strategies within the tourism, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development, with a focus on driving online sales and partnerships through websites and OTAs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional online customer experiences.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
