To copy with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high-calibre candidates to fill the following position:

Responsibilities

• Provide all administrative and clerical support to C&B Team
• Assist in monthly payroll processing, final payment handling, attendance & leave administration
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee database through REGULAR maintenance and record updates
• Assist in the planning and implementing various recreation activities
• Handles employee requests and answers benefits inquiries
• Participate in ad hoc projects and perform other assigned duties
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferably in HR discipline
• Minimum 1 year of solid experience in Human Resources, preferably with sizable organizations
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
• Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Co-operative, meticulous and detail-minded
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Assistant
• Immediately available is highly preferred
