Senior Medical Copywriter

Publicis Groupe Hong Kong is looking for someone who has strong experience in medical writing and join us as Senior Medical Writer for one of our pharmaceutical client.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for all aspects of copywriting associated with the promotion of medical pharmaceuticals, from planning to production of advertisements, brochures, posters, etc.
• You will be involved in planning, copywriting, production, and editing.
• You will create brochures for medical professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and nurses, capturing the characteristics of the product, such as clinical effects and mechanisms of action.
• Follow up with production work includes reading pharmaceutical application forms and medical content, attending symposiums, and interviewing doctors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality educational content, working closely with internal Commercial and Publishing teams.

Required Skills:

• A graduate /higher academic degree (Msc, PhD, PharmD) in communication, scientific, or medical-related degree is desirable. (medicine, pharmacy, biology, chemistry)
• Demonstrable medical writing experience within the medical communications/education/pharmaceutical environment.
• Client-facing and relationship-building experience.
• Broad knowledge and the ability to adapt to a variety of therapeutic areas.
• Experience as a medical copywriter in a medical pharmaceutical advertising company
• Experience related to MR, CRO, research, quality control/assurance, CRA, academia, etc. related to pharmaceuticals
• Strong medical and pharmaceutical knowledge
• An great understanding of the role of pharmaceutical companies in the provision of healthcare services, and an awareness of industry codes of conduct and legal requirements
• Able to cooperate with other members involved in production and communicate
