Responsibilities

• To assist in daily property operations and MANAGEMENT
• To handle clients’ inquiries and deliver quality service
• To monitor contractors work and manage daily property operations including cleaning and security team
• To organize property activities
• To perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or above in property management or related disciplines;
• Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation;
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in property management;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
• Holder of PMP (Tier 2) License is an advantage.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
