Europe needs to keep its best Tech IPOs at home! Today we have co-published an Open Letter together with Deutsche Börse, Euronext, FESE, Startup-Verband and France Digitale which calls for concrete steps to finally make the #CapitalMarketsUnion real. 1. Boost growth-stage venture capital 2. Incentivize investing in European companies for both retail & institutional investors 3. Eliminate cross-border transaction costs for equity investing 4. Improve financial literacy for EU citizens - we need a continent of investors! The only way for real CMU reform to work is for all the existing players to work together for the good of Europe. That is why we are so excited to be a part of this joint effort from many key players to move the discussion forward, together!
