The 3rd Transnational Project Meeting of the REDU-CE-D project took place in Budapest, hosted by BKK Centre for Budapest Transport. Partners reviewed project progress, discussed ongoing activities, and planned next steps for advancing energy transition in Central Europe’s transport sector. Discussions covered the Environmental Management System (EMS) support packages, focusing on customization and guidelines (D2.1.1). Partners defined a common EMS framework (Activity 2.1) and explored the scope of its implementation (Activity 2.2). The afternoon session focused on planning the REDU-CE-D Conference, financial monitoring, reporting requirements, and communication strategies. A memorandum of understanding highlighted the project’s long-term impact. The meeting concluded with a Q&A, Steering Committee discussion, and planning for the next meeting in Krakow (October 2025). Bilateral meetings addressed budgetary and administrative matters. #dubrovnikairport

Within the framework of the DANOVA NEXT project, a meeting was held in Budapest with the Joint Secretary responsible for supervising the implementation of the project, at which the Report on completed activities during the first year was presented, as well as the Action Plan for completing other activities. During the meeting, the Joint Secretary expressed its satisfaction with the results so far and the joint cooperation of the project partners. With this project, Dubrovnik Airport plans to renovate the PRM info desk and waiting area, as well as purchase various equipment for assisting persons with reduced mobility and persons with hearing impairment. The equipment consists of a vertical lifting ramp, specialized wheelchairs for boarding the aircraft, plastic wheelchairs for persons with reduced mobility, as well as an induction loop system for persons with hearing impairment. #dubrovnikairport
