Guest Speaker: Mr. Boris Blazevic Lecture Topic: "KEKS Pay, Love Brand" About the Speaker: Boris Blažević is an expert with over 15 years of experience in leading roles across business development, IT product development, sales networks, and marketing. He is skilled in crafting strategies, managing operations, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and quality standards. With hands-on experience managing multimillion-dollar insurance portfolios and leading teams both domestically and internationally, he has honed his negotiation and client relationship management skills. Currently, he is a key leader in KEKS Pay, an internal startup at Erste Bank, and a future board member of KEKS Pay d.o.o. The MBA Croatia Association is organizing a new lecture on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at the WESPA Business & Lounge, Radnička cesta 50 (Green Gold) Zagreb, starting at 6 p.m. The guest speaker is Mr. Vuk Vukovic. Lecture topic: "How to prepare for the unexpected & what can we expect in 2025?" About the lecturer: Vuk Vuković is the co-founder and CIO of Oraclum Capital, a New York-based hedge fund. The fund was developed based on innovations that he and his partners developed through successfully predicting the elections of Trump and Brexit in 2016, and Biden in 2020. Since 2023, the fund has been using the same innovation to trade the S&P500 index, and has achieved a 65% return since its inception, with low volatility and low correlation with the market. Vuk holds a PhD in political economy from Oxford and a master's degree from LSE, and based on his doctorate, he published the book Elite Networks, published by Oxford University Press. 🎯 MBA Croatia Lecture: "From a CEO’s Perspective: Growth and Scaling Strategy – How to Achieve Sustainable Business Expansion" Guest Speaker: Adrian Ježina Adrian Ježina brings over 20 years of professional experience in the ICT industry. In 2017, Adrian took on the role of CEO at Telemach Slovenia. In 2021, he expanded his responsibilities, becoming the President of the Management Board of Telemach Croatia. Under his leadership, Telemach Slovenia became the leading provider of broadband services in the country, maintaining its position as the top pay-TV provider and the fastest-growing mobile operator. As of December 2023, Adrian is fully dedicated to managing Telemach Croatia. Together with his team, Adrian has achieved remarkable success in a short time, integrating Tele2, Optima, and Total TV into a convergent operator. With the support of United Group, Telemach introduced 5G technology, launched Croatia’s fastest 10 Gbps optical network, and brought the award-winning EON TV to the market. In the coming period, Adrian and his team will focus on expanding Telemach's presence and providing top-tier services to both private and business users.
