Ich habe uns den Sommer aufbewahrt… Und das nicht nur im Herzen 💙💚💙 Der Sommer hat uns reichlich beschenkt. Die Äste an den Obstbäume bogen sich von der Fülle der Früchte… und unser Küchenregal nun auch - zur Freude der Familie 😊 Auch die Winzer sind sehr zufrieden. Die Weinlese war zwar noch nie so früh aber die Trauben sind gesund und es gab kaum Interventionen, also sollte 2024 ein hervorragender Jahrgang werden. 🍷 Nun freue ich mich auf den Herbst und was er uns bringen wird, machen wir das Beste daraus. 🔥 Was ist besonders wichtig bei einem TeamEvent? 🔥 Ganz klar: gutes Essen und Trinken! 🍷 So durfte ich diese Woche Jure und Tomislav Tuđen kennenlernen. Sie führten uns Hrvatska udruga profesionalaca kongresnog turizma / Croatian Meeting Professionals Association in die wunderschöne Region *Plesivica*, auch bekannt als die „Champagne Kroatiens“ – berühmt für ihre erstklassigen Schaum- und Perlweine. Voller Leidenschaft erzählten sie von der Geschichte, den Rebsorten, den Herausforderungen, und den wundervollen Schätzen der Natur, die wir oft leider gar nicht zu schätzen wissen… Zuerst besuchten wir die letzte aktive Weinfass-Manufaktur der Region, wo fabelhafte Weine in handgefertigten Fässern reifen – ein Handwerk, das leider händeringend nach Nachwuchs sucht. Von der Weinfass-Manufaktur ging es zum Weingut **Coletti** der Familie Kolaric, wo uns ein fantastischer Rosé-Schaumwein erwartete. Ihre Hingabe zum Weinbau spürt man in jedem Schluck, ob Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio oder Pinot Noir. Danke für dieses schöne Event, authentisch und nachhaltig, mit guten Gesprächen, neuen Ideen, köstlichem Essen und Weinen und wundervollen Gastgebern.
