Ultrax at university and education! When was the last time you checked job postings for strength and conditioning coaches? They’re often quite long and require knowledge of various technologies. We wanted to show our students how BI platforms like Ultrax can be useful in both team and individual environments. Today, at the University of Kinesiology in Zagreb, we talked about periodization and strength training in football. Together with the students, we used Ultrax software to create protocols, programs, and different scenarios. By integrating these tools at the university level, we can give students a clearer picture of where the sports industry is heading and why staying updated is essential.

While American sports like baseball (Boston Red Sox) have long embraced data-driven strategies, European football is embracing AI technology at large, and the impact is undeniable! 🔥 Key Takeaways from the Experts: 🔹 René Saggiadi (Sport Republic) – a great storyteller with deep insights across multiple sports and team dynamics, highlighted how data-driven scouting fueled the success of clubs like Liverpool and the Red Sox. He pointed out that decision-makers like John W. Henry must embrace AI and new technology to remain competitive. 🔹 Marko Sukreski (Ultrax) – a sports scientist building high-tech tools for football, shared his vision of how data and AI will shape the future of performance analysis. 🔹 Marko Štajcer (Solvership) – AI expert and co-creator of ScoutLense Pro, introduced Solvership's new platform, a cutting-edge system for evaluating the market value and future potential of football players.
