🇭🇺⏬ This year, the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organising the 18th Vocation Star Festival. The trial for the Foreign Language Industrial and Commercial Technician and the Automotive Mechatronics was held at the Audi Hungaria Training Center. The aim of the competition is to raise the social prestige of the professions and make them more attractive to young career seekers. Following last year's prize-winning performance, this year's final in April is also promising, with 6 of our students in 4 professions having the chance to take part in the final competition. Audi Hungaria has been successfully cooperating with the schools of Győr Vocational Training Centre and Audi Hungaria School Centre in the framework of dual vocational training since 2001. So far, more than 2,500 students have obtained qualifications in automotive, electronics, metalworking or commercial professions, most of them starting their professional career as Audi Hungaria colleagues. 🇭🇺 A Magyar Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara idén 18. alkalommal rendezi meg „Szakmát a kézbe” mottóval a Szakma Sztár Fesztivál tanulmányi versenyt, melynek keretében ebben az évben az Audi Hungaria Képzőközpontjában tartották az Idegen nyelvű ipari és kereskedelmi technikus és a Gépjármű mechatronikus válogatót. A verseny célja, hogy a szakmák társadalmi presztízsét növelje és vonzóbbá tegye a fiatal pályaválasztók számára. A tavalyi díjeső után idén is szép reményekkel indulunk neki az áprilisi döntőnek, hiszen ezúttal 4 szakmában 6 diákunk előtt ott az esély, hogy részt vegyenek a végső megmérettetésen. A duális szakképzés keretében az Audi Hungaria 2001 óta folytat sikeres együttműködést a Győri Szakképzési Centrum iskoláival és az Audi Hungaria Iskolaközponttal. Sport is for everyone – Hungarian Parasport Day at the Audi School Center ++ At Audi Hungaria, diversity and inclusion are one of the pillars of our strategy, and our company supports both professional and mass sports, as well as the sports of people with disabilities. Our collaborations with Staféta DSE, EMBERsÉG DSE and the House of Providence of Malta allow us to take part in building a community of inclusive sport. That is why the Day of Hungarian Parasport is special for us. This year, the event in Győr was hosted by the Audi Hungaria School Center, where the day started with an inspiring PE lesson: the 7th grade students of the Audi School participated in line and relay competitions together with their disabled peers from the Bárczi and Radó schools. In addition to the experience of joint movement, the children could meet Paralympic table tennis player Alexa Szvitacs, and even compete with her! The aim of the event is for students to experience the importance of acceptance and cooperation through inclusive sports. We would like to thank the students of special education and recreation at the Apáczai Faculty of Széchenyi University, as well as all the participants, for the fact that we can work together for a more inclusive and supportive sports community and that we can convey these messages honestly. A rendezvény célja, hogy a diákok az inkluzív sport segítségével megéljék, milyen fontos az elfogadás és az együttműködés. 🇩🇪⏬ The unmistakable sound of AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt. can be experienced in many different ways in the halls of our Technical Development department. I just had the pleasure of discussing our latest achievements with the experts directly at the test benches - and to experience the fine-tuning of the perfect sound of our MEBeco. It is a challenging task to give even the Volkswagen Group's most compact electric drive the unique genes from Győr. And many sub-areas are passionately at work here towards the start of series production. Our TE optimizes the power electronics, the associated software and conducts dynamometer experiments. With enormous expertise and equipment that has continued to grow over decades of hard work on drive development and testing. Thanks also to the teams in many other locations around the world, where our employees have been able to polish their skills further and further! The result is, for example, acoustic quality. We measure it meticulously in special test cabins, an essential part of our Vorsprung durch Technik: mechanically precisely measurable in kilowatts or WLTP range - and experienced on the road with all the senses. I love that sound! 🇩🇪 Der unverwechselbare Sound von Audi Hungaria … der ist besonders vielfältig in den Hallen unserer Technischen Entwicklung zu erleben. Gerade hatte ich die Freude, mich dort mit den Fachleuten direkt an den Prüfständen über unsere neuesten Leistungen auszutauschen – und die Feinarbeit am perfekten Ton unseres MEBeco mitzuerleben. Es ist eine herausfordernde Aufgabe, auch dem kompaktesten Elektroantrieb des Konzerns hier die einzigartigen Gene aus Győr mitzugeben. Und viele Teilbereiche sind hier Richtung Serienstart leidenschaftlich am Werk. Unsere TE optimiert die Leistungselektronik, die dazugehörige Software und führt Dynamometer-Experimente durch. Mit enormem Know-how und einer Ausstattung, die in Jahrzehnten harter Arbeit an der Antriebsentwicklung und-Prüfung immer weiter gewachsen ist. Danke auch an die Teams in vielen anderen Standorten auf der ganzen Welt, in denen unsere Mitarbeitenden ihr Können immer weiter aufpolieren konnten!
