Elképesztő nap volt, a regisztráltak 95%-a ❗ megjelent a Proptech Hungary Innovation NOW konferencián és ez személyesen és szakmailag is nagyon sokat jelent nekem. Hiszem ugyanis, hogy ennyi szakember, innovátor, érdeklődő, befektető, fejlesztő, technológiai szereplő találkozása tényleg pozitívan hat az ingatlanpiaci és építőipari digitalizációra és hogy az ilyen események nagyon jól tudják dinamizálni az együttműködést, a közös tanulást és így a fejlődést. #proptech #innovation

Amikor az ESG auditor, a technológia és az ingatlanpiac innovátorai beszélgetnek, ott valódi diskurzus alakul ki. Élvezet volt hallgatni, hogy milyen szoftverek támogatják már a riportolást, hogyan lehet az adatokat kihasználni a hatékony működés érdekében, mit lehet és mit nem lehet digitalizálni az ESG paramétereknél. Vagy hogy hogyan lehet leváltani egy ESG szoftvert és miért fontos a stratégia a tervezésnél. Tegnap megtartottuk az egyik előbeszélgetést "Ki fújja a passzát szelet címmel", mely a Proptech Innovation NOW Hungary konferencia egyik befejező beszélgetése. Tamás Giller, Viktor Hegedüs, Dr. Iur., Gyula Győri, és Erik Hajdu részvételével. Arra számítottam, hogy érdekes beszélgetés lesz, hogy lesz vita és véleménykülönbségek, de arra nem, hogy ennek a témának ennyi aspektusa lehet:) Szó lesz a szolgáltatások emberközpontúságáról, illetve erről a célkitűzésről, az autonóm robotok adatgyűjtéséről, a digitalizáció megtérüléséről és időszerűségéről, az innováció természetéről.. kicsit elkalandoztunk, de a végére visszatalálunk a szervezeti innováció befogadó képességére, ami újabb kapukat nyit meg...
