🌱 Meet Our Knowledge Board Member: Marek Kryzstoforski 🇵🇱 Marek is a seasoned agronomist specializing in plant production, fertilization, plant protection, and organic farming. With over 20 years of experience as a lecturer and practitioner, he has significantly contributed to international agricultural initiatives. 🌾 As a key figure in EU-funded projects and Interreg initiatives, Marek focuses on water and environmental protection. 🌍 Last week, we had a successful National Node workshop in Slovakia! Together with the GREET CE - Green transition in Central Europe project, we aimed to bring added value and innovations in sustainable soil management practices. 💚 The event was fully booked, and farmers had the chance to exchange ideas on regenerative farming practices to enhance soil health. 🌱 We also welcomed a group of farmers from Croatia, who shared fascinating insights while touring Slovak and Czech regenerative farms. 🤝 At the matchmaking event, innovative solutions were presented by ekolive , HUMAC® natural humic acid based products manufacturer, Productfeed, ROKOSAN, dFarm, VermiVital s.r.o., and the AgReg Institute. 🚀 We believe that knowledge sharing, peer-to-peer learning, and innovative solutions are the key drivers of change on the road to sustainable agriculture! 🌾✨ #SustainableAgriculture #RegenerativeFarming #Innovation #KnowledgeSharing #SoilXChange

🔈We are at Carbon Farming Summit in Dublin organized by Project Credible 🔈🌿 representing the Soil-X-Change project as a great example of identifying the solutions for regional-fitted carbon farming🌱🌳💰 Clara Amaro explained how the OGs can develop the sustainable soil management practices at the regional level based on bottom-up approach🔝evolving from ideas of farmers🧑🌾.  Session on Farmers' and regions' perspectives on carbon farming organized by Baltic Sea Action Group, BSAG and Bioeconomy Cluster, involved the insights from OG ARC-Zero project-the journey of farmers in carbon farming, Ver de Terre Production - addressing farmers’ needs in carbon farming and capacity building, LIFE ClimatePositive -project- addressing carbon farming in forestry across Italy and Victor Vaernewyck from Flanders Agency for Agriculture and Fisheries talked about Flemish Action Platform for Carbon Farming. He has established seven Operational Groups (OGs) in Slovakia and initiated the Soil Living Lab, promoting sustainable agricultural innovation. 🌍 As a member of the EIP-AGRI Subgroup for Innovation and SCAR SWG AKIS, Daniel collaborates with farmers, advisors, and policymakers to enhance Rural Development Programmes and the CAP Strategic Plan.
