✨Fit Friday is back!✨ One of regular program to support our employee well-being, where this time we were collaborating with GoodDoctor with dr. Ivan Kunardi as the speakers. Due to Ramadan season, the topic that were presented is about how to stay healthy during fasting. Basically, it’s all about maintain the balance between of sleeping hours, nutrition, mineral water consumption, physical activity, and reduce old habits such as smoking. “Education is one thing no one can take away from you” In order to support education in Indonesia, AIA presents AIA Healthiest Schools (AHS), where we provide various programs that not only facilitate students but also teachers in Indonesia. The program are includes; socialization, intensive mentoring, and bootcamp for teachers, which also collaborates with various educational organizations. In this program, each schools can also compete to create Healthy School Project with a prize USD 100,000 in a form of school facilities as a reward. Seeing the results and high enthusiasm, AIA still opens opportunities for other schools to join AIA Healthiest Schools until March 8, 2025 at aia.id/AHS Here are the details and updates of progress from AIA Healthiest Schools that have been running so far!
