Getting sufficient rest isn’t a sign of weakness or slacking, it’s an opportunity to recharge and return to work ready to conquer your pile of tasks. We want you to live by these new rules (this isn’t a Dua Lipa song🤭🤭) 1. If you’re feeling stressed, that’s a sign to get away from your desk, get some rest, and come back stronger. 2. Schedule holidays and off days to relax, that’s what your paid leaves are for. 3. Most importantly, remind yourself daily that “It’s ok to take a break”.
