As part of our ongoing commitment to community engagement, Forvis Mazars hosted a mock interview session for Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) youth. This initiative is designed to help young individuals from the Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) program practice job interview skills in a real-world setting.   Our HR team conducted the interviews, providing the youth with constructive feedback and insights that can help them navigate future job opportunities. The experience not only allowed the participants to sharpen their interview techniques but also helped them build the confidence they need to succeed in the professional world.   By simulating real interview scenarios, we aim to equip the LP4Y youth with the tools they need to present themselves effectively to potential employers. In commemoration of the 79th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, Forvis Mazars Indonesia held an unforgettable celebration at our office with the theme 'Unity in Diversity' (Bhinneka Tunggal Ika).  The event was packed with exciting activities, from traditional games that brought out our competitive spirit to team challenges that strengthened our collaboration and camaraderie. We also encourage everyone to wear outfits that represent different ethnic groups of Indonesia. This will not only showcase the diversity within our team but also celebrate the unity that binds us together.
