A KPMG survey showed 100% of global companies are adopting AI, but this adoption can come with challenges, such as high costs and regulatory and ethical concerns. Companies can start by determining what their ambitions are and then carry out a maturity assessment on the possibility of implementing AI. Our final session featured our Tax partners and directors discussing crucial changes in tax regulations. They covered important topics including the newly ratified MLI, draft deductible provision regulations, BEPS 2.0, the latest Indonesian Transfer Pricing regulation (PMK-172), and updates on AEOI, SP2DK, and using NIK as NPWP.
