Our CEO, Marguerite Brosnan kicked off our 2025 volunteering initiative with a day well spent at FoodCloud Community Kitchen in Dublin with some of our leadership team #AXAHeartsInAction At AXA, we are committed to increasing our impact in our local communities in 2025 through volunteering and we are encouraging even more colleagues to get out into their local community this year to experience a day of connection and purpose. #KnowYouCan
Last week I spent the day #volunteering at FoodCloud Community Kitchen in Dublin with some of my leadership team. The day to day can seem so busy that we might think we don’t have the time to give back. But at AXA Ireland we are committed to giving our people the time and space to do just that, give back and support the wellbeing of the communities we work in. #axaheartsinaction FoodCloud is an Irish non-profit tackling the twin issues of food waste and food insecurity by redistributing surplus food to local charities and community groups. It was great to get stuck in and do some baking, but also to connect with the FoodCloud team to hear about the amazing work they do. We are committed to increasing our impact in our communities in 2025 through volunteering and I was delighted to kick-off the year supporting such a worthy cause. #knowyoucan Niamh Gaudin Paul Nolan Michael Comerford Gavin Hennessy

Full immersion into the courageous, optimistic and energizing Irish spirit with Marguerite Brosnan and D.O. O'Connor and their teams. I really enjoyed meeting our teams in Ireland and visiting our Laya clinic in Cork. It’s great to see that we are truly making a difference by providing our customers with easier and faster access to healthcare. Very impressed to learn that we are leading the way in patient care with care delivery in just one hour for 110.000 customers each year. I warmly congratulate all the teams of AXA Ireland for their impressive market position and results in 2024. We now hold 20% market share in P&C and close to 30% in Health. Congratulations for continuing to raise the bar in growth, innovation and customer satisfaction. The power of giving back together #volunteering At AXA, encouraging staff volunteering does more than just contribute to the community, it builds a culture of purpose, connection and shared values. Over 2024, over 600 staff gave more than 300 hours to volunteering in over 90 organisations across the entire country. We thank them for giving their time, energy and enthusiasm – a few pictures included here #thankyou We are passionate about using volunteering, as a team or individually, as an opportunity to step outside of our usual roles and make a tangible difference in the world around us. “At the heart of any successful organisation is a commitment to more than just business goals. When we give our time and skills to causes we care about, we create a ripple effect that benefits not only the community, but also our own personal and professional development.” Gavin Hennessy, People Engagement Manager. We are looking forward to a busy 2025 and are encouraging our colleagues to dedicate even more hours this year to getting out into the community. #AXAHeartsInAction #KnowYouCan * Source: AXA Sustainability Report 2024 AXA Ireland / AXA
