In this field tour, we explore Tenpower, a leading manufacturer of cylindrical power cells. Known for their expertise in power tools and small power applications, we share the story of how Tenpower evolved from producing 10C discharging current Li-ion cells to providing high power cells with 30A~50A continuous discharging current. They have notable products like the 18650 and 21700 cells, which are popular in power tools and automotive applications. Cylindrical cells are beneficial for cooling and high-power applications such as power tools, electric bikes, scooters, and emerging markets like robots.
