Whilst in-scope entities will be advanced in their pre-implementation planning, in a recent article, our Partner, Yvonne O'Byrne and Trainee Solicitor, Rachel Leavy provide a summary of the key areas financial entities need to focus on in order to prepare for DORA. DORA entered into force on 16 January 2023 and will apply to in-scope entities from 17 January 2025. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gt_wj_6U #beauchampslaw #DORA
