Youth Development Leader | Champion of Strategic Growth & Impact | Empowering the Next Generation Through Innovative Programs
Exploring the wonders of chemistry, where beauty meets science — while being cute! Yes, there’s even a science to our coils! As a fervent advocate for youth, I’m using my voice to empower girls of color to pursue their passion for science and technology— because the future is bright and inclusive! Organizations like Black Girls Code, Black Girls in Tech and GapBuster Inc, are moving the needle. With afterschool programs kicking off soon, consider donating to increase access to life-changing STEM exposure for girls! The reality is that children spend less than 20% of their waking hours in school. Afterschool #STEM can almost double the amount of time some students have to question, tinker, learn, and explore STEM topics! Imagine the possibilities! #afterschool #lightsonafterschool #girlsinstem #steameducation

Moments from the Tap Into Tech program on Friday, 8th November, 2023. An amazing informative session organised by Black Girls in Tech and Because She Can . Sitting across beautifully talented female techies telling their success stories with the ups and downs, I was immensely inspired and motivated. I hope to inspire someone someday with my story too. #blackgirlsintech #becauseshecan

Passionate Software Engineer | Project Manager | Blockchain Developer | Engineering dreams - one line of code at a time
Last week, I had the honor of participating in the 'Tap into Tech Ghana' event organized by Black Girls in Tech x BecauseSheCan at the Google Office, Accra. Being on the panel discussing opportunities for young girls and women in the tech space was an incredible experience. Additionally, leading the Engineering/Coding huddle allowed me to delve deeper into engineering-related questions. The discussion spanned vital topics, from addressing potential workplace challenges faced by women in the panel session to addressing how to communicate effectively on a development team in the Engineering/Coding huddle. These interactions not only filled me with gratitude but also fueled my passion for guiding others in this field. Having made the transition into the tech industry myself, it reminded me of the support I received when I started, especially from mentors like Frederick Obeng-Nyarko, who guided me through this journey. Their support empowered me to now help others find their paths in tech. I'm immensely thankful to all who made this possible especially Ubaida Abdulai and to God for granting me this chance to give back and inspire others in the tech space. #womenintech #tapintotech #bgit #becauseshecan
