🍫 ⭐ Bon Chocolatiers was established by classically trained chefs Georgia Quealy and Daniel Linehan when the world came to a sudden stop in 2020. Daniel joined me on Taking Care of Business on Midlands 103 and spoke passionately about their shared love of great food and ingredients and where the inspiration for a chocolate business came from. In this clip Daniel also talks about the ethical sourcing of special ingredients. The business has grown from 2 to 5 people already and been recognised with several awards by the Guild of Fine Food for the Great Taste 2024 competition. Georgia Quealy, co-founder of Bon Chocolatiers, is encouraging female entrepreneurs in Offaly and across the Midlands to apply for the next cycle of ACORNS, a free business development programme which was set up ten years ago to support early-stage female entrepreneurs. The deadline for submitting applications for the next cycle is midnight, September 20. There are up to 50 places available for ACORNS 10. There are only 3 nominees from Ireland this year and we’re in great company with our fellow Irish producers! We are so excited to represent Ireland on the world stage at the awards ceremony in London on September 10th🇮🇪 We’re feeling incredibly grateful to receive these awards from one of the highest food accolades there is!
