In 2023, Catalyst committed to the Pledge to Net Zero 🌍, setting targets aligned with the 1.5°C Science Based Targets initiative and pledging to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Our latest carbon footprint report shows a 4% increase in total emissions 📈 compared to our baseline emissions in 2022, but with our 25% workforce growth, we’ve achieved a 17% reduction in emissions per employee 👥. Great to welcome back the Women’s Super League with Catalyst Fr.Mathews Basketball Club opening up their season with a convincing 96-57 home victory over the University of Galway Mystics.
