Here at CimTech, we hold a bi-weekly series called Pulse, where teammates share their product or capabilities updates with the rest of the organization. This week, we learned about the Marketing Mix Model, a tool that helps Cimpress businesses understand how different marketing activities like ads, promotions, and pricing impact #Sales. The Marketing Mix Model is a completely new offering from our Applied Analytics team designed to optimize our businesses’ #Marketing strategy.

This week, the #CimTechLeaderSeries features Jinal Shah, who began their journey with Cimpress as a QA engineer in 2016, and has since been promoted to Product Manager, working closely with Cimpress business, National Pen. Jinal focuses on #ArtworkCreation, with responsibilities that include spearheading the development of design tools, managing customer interactions, gathering vital insights, and architecting solutions to ensure features are fully functional. Jinal’s foray into #DataAnalysis and reporting empowers her to make data driven decisions in her day-to-day work. Jinal’s team also delivers #SaaS solutions that are intelligent, efficient, and highly effective by leveraging #MachineLearning capabilities.

This week, we reviewed our Bulk #Enrichment feature, which allows our Cimpress businesses to upload files for immediate enrichment. The businesses can then download the updated data, giving them full control over the process. Bulk Enrichment is designed for quick, targeted enrichment, enabling faster decision-making and precise #Data enhancement.

This week, the #CimTechLeaderSeries features, Daniel Fabbo, who joined Vista in 2010 as a member of the eCommerce team. Dan was entrusted with the responsibility of supporting the VistaPrint #eCommerce infrastructure. After five years, he transitioned to the security team within Cimpress Technology. In the early days, the team’s focus was on compliance with the PCI (Payment Card Industry) Standard, URL blocking, and reviewing firewall and antivirus logs. Today, as a leader of a team of #Engineers, Dan is at the forefront of our efforts to protect and secure our users, infrastructure, application code, passwords, and even hack our systems to ensure they meet our stringent security standards. Dan’s role is pivotal in educating users about the threat landscape and fostering a robust #SecurityCulture within Cimpress. We face attacks from every angle, and our strongest defense lies in the knowledge and awareness of our end users.

This week, we received an update from our #IncidentManagement team about their latest tools, processes, and how they collect insightful #Data. The team works to continuously improve their systems and reporting to better detect and fix problems to minimize disruption to our businesses.

This week, the #CimTechLeaderSeries features Mitch Brinkman, who started his Cimpress career at Printdeal.be in 2014 where he worked on a mobile app for clients who wanted to get order notifications and status updates on their phones. Working at Printdeal exposed Mitch to the #MassCustomization Platform within CimTech. After a few years of working at Printdeal, he moved over to CimTech to work on front end development tools. Today, Mitch is a #Lead on his team where he focuses on generating artwork without the need of manually creating artwork and works every day to deliver positive outcomes for the artwork generations that his team delivers. In addition, Mitch recently became a father! He lives with his wife and son in the Netherlands.

This week, we reviewed how teams are using #GenerativeAI to analyze end-customers’ artwork to learn their intent behind getting the artwork printed on a product. By understanding these document intentions, Cimpress businesses can offer more tailored recommendations and services, enhancing #CustomerSatisfaction and #Engagement.

This week, the #CimTechLeaderSeries features Dhaval Shah, who has been working for Cimpress for six years within the eCommerce team. Dhaval builds products that manage merchant orders and their journey through the #MassCustomization Platform while also supporting other products like Quotes, Complaints, etc. Dhaval also believes in and actively participates in identifying and cultivating leaders within his team by actively engaging with and #Mentoring them.

The team has built many #Authorization tools to keep the Cimpress businesses and our customers #Safe while shopping on our websites.

On June 12, the Cimpress office in Bangalore hosted a High Tea event with our #EmployeeResourceGroup (ERG), Women at Work. During the event, the group hosted a panel discussion with women leaders across the organization, including Christina Wick, Chanda Sethia, Hanaa Antunes Boumah, and Rinku Singhal. They discussed many topics, including embracing failure and the intricacies of work/life harmony. The event raised awareness of the Women at Work ERG in India. Attendees fostered genuine relationships and started to build new networks to support #Mentorship and community building opportunities, allowing for increased #Development and personal growth.
