Contract Signing at Rosedale, Renmore We are delighted to announce that Coolsivna Construction has signed contracts for the construction of Rosedale Special School, Dublin Road, Renmore Galway. The project will consist of a new circa 3,640 sqm. single Storey special school and all associated site works within the Woodlands Campus. Practical Completion in Ballina We are delighted to announce that we have reached Practical Completion in Scoil Naomh Brid, Ballina. The project consisted of 2,463m2 single-story construction, arranged around a central courtyard. A big thanks to the Design Team of SJK Architects Galway, CHH Consulting Engineers, @Patrick Mc Caul Environmental Consulting Engineers LTD, & AECOM Quantity Surveyors, and to all the Coolsivna Construction Ltd staff who worked on the project.

New Athenry Fire Station Construction Phase reaching completion. I welcome the fact that the new Fire Station for Athenry is reaching the final stages of construction. “The new single-storey fire station is located at Ballygarraun South, Athenry. It will consist of a 361 m² fire station building to accommodate three fire tenders, storage areas, equipment storage, watch room, drying facilities, lecture room, compressor room, workshop, toilet facilities, drill yard, drill tower, refuse area and carparking”. “When complete the building will provide a modern firefighting facility to serve Athenry and the catchment area. This is what the residents and fire service personnel deserve”. “I commend Cllr. Gabe Cronnelly and Galway County Council for their work in helping to bring this important facility to fruition.” This fire station follows on from the successful completion of a new fire station in Tuam and I look forward to working with the Department of Local Government and Galway County Council fire service in delivering the proposed new fire station in Loughrea. This will be the third new station to serve the population in the east of the County. https://lnkd.in/eBvR5R35
