𝗖𝗦𝗢 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲: Distribution of Earnings by Gender and County 2023 PUBLISHED 05 NOVEMBER 2024 ❱ This release presents distributional earnings analysis based on the Earnings Analysis using Administrative Data Sources dataset by gender and county of residence in 2023. ❱ The results are based on a data-matching exercise of three administrative data sources: - Employee tax data from the Revenue Commissioners - The Central Records System of the Department of Social Protection - The Central Statistics Office’s Business Register ❱ In 2023, gender representation across total employments was relatively equal; 50.9% of total employments were represented by males while 49.1% were represented by females. ❱ There was greater disparity in gender representation among high earners.
