What a night and what a turnout! 🥳 This evening we celebrated the official relaunch of our flagship store on Morehampton Road - we're delighted to see familiar and new faces fill the store with such incredible energy, and loved sharing a little taste of what our new food experience is all about. Another busy day for our bakery team here in our central kitchen hand preparing our bakewells, a Donnybrook Fair hero product and top seller. Handmade all butter sweet pastry with a layer of premium Irish raspberry jam and filled with delicious rich, moist almond frangipan and sprinkled with flaked almonds. Baked until golden and finished with a drizzle of icing sugar. Last year we handcrafted over 550,000 of these beauties.... Due to Storm Éowyn, and in the interest of our customers' and colleagues' safety, we’ll be opening a little later than usual this Friday. Our doors will open at 1pm, so you can stock up on your favourites once the worst of the weather has passed. Stay safe, stay cosy, and we’ll see you in the afternoon! 😊
