EU Opportunity: Open Call for Residency - Liquid Landscapes VARES invites architects, ecologists, artists, engineers, and other spatial practitioners to explore the evolving boundary between water and land during a one-month residency in Valga, Estonia. The residency focuses on integrating water into urban life and embracing its unpredictability through architectural interventions, installations, ecosystem enhancements, research, performances, and other creative approaches. The program is open to professionals, students, and thinkers working across various disciplines with a sustainable and sensitive approach to materials and the environment. EU Opportunity: Open Call - Wild Bits Wild Bits is an exhibition organised by Maajaam, connected to a residency program. Wild Bits proposes a temporary art park in the wilderness. The exhibition looks for points of contact between people, technology and nature. Maajaam are seeking proposals for installations, interventions or processes to be installed in landscapes spread out around Maajaam that explore the human condition in a contemporary technological society. Both Estonian and foreign artists of various disciplines are invited to participate.
