This service has enhanced the patient experience, allowing maternity teams to engage these women at an early stage and provide an accessible service. Since implementing Romanian-language SMS and voice notes at the Rotunda hospital, attendance for the Blood Glucose Tolerance Test has increased by 57% (12 out of 22 mothers).
