October 27th 2024 marked Dublin Marathon day, where thousands of spectators cheered for the 22,500 participants. We were delighted to promote the new Irish Life Health ExpressCare Clinics, that are now available in Dublin and Cork, at the marathon.

Earlier this week, our Managing Director Oisin O'Shaughnessy spoke to Anton Savage at the Ibec HR Leadership Summit 2024, exploring how Irish businesses can sustain success. The Irish Life Health team were delighted to attend the Hertility and Riley event yesterday, for the joint launch of their Red Paper on supports in the workplace for female reproductive health. The team are pictured with Deirdre O'Neill, founder of Hertility.   Irish Life Health are the first and only insurer globally to partner with Hertility, an Irish female founded company, offering our members access to a new and pioneering at-home female fertility assessment, which launched on Oct 1st for our members. 

An inspiring way to finish last week! We were very proud to sponsor the Menopause Workplace Excellence Awards, a partnership between Menopause Hub and Great Place to Work® Ireland, which is designed to showcase organisations who are creating supportive environments for women experiencing menopause. As the first insurer to help members navigate the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, as well as any other concern that can affect women at any stage of life, our title sponsorship of this event was a perfect fit. Through our dedicated female health consultation service, we support our members through every stage of their female health journey. It was great to be joined by Dr Maire Finn, female health GP with Centric Health Ennis, who continues to be a powerful voice for female health in the workplace and our colleague Sarah Conlan QFA, APA, PMI had the opportunity to present a new award this year for "Male Allyship" 👏
