At AIB, we continue to support our customers with their sustainable goals and ambitions. FBD Hotels & Resorts recently purchased the iconic 4-star Grand Hotel Malahide from long-standing owners of the property, the Ryan family. The purchase will further broaden FBD Hotels and Resorts’ presence in the Irish hotels market, bringing the Group’s total hotel room count to nearly 1,400. AIB is delighted to have provided financing to support this transaction, a portion of which is green funding. Congratulations to both of our valued customers, FBD Hotels and Resorts and the Ryan Family.
