On this visit you will see hear how the Tirlán Business Excellence team uses their Maturity Assessment to identify opportunities for improvement across their sites. See how Ballitore has evolved using this assessment over the last number of years and how problem solving has played a key role in that journey.      There is limited spaces available. This virtual knowledge-sharing event provided members with a great insight into how Adman Steel Sheds, a Wexford-based family-run company that manufactures an extensive range of steel garden sheds, garages, garden rooms and greenhouses, has successfully implemented Lean principles to improve efficiency and productivity in its workplace since 2020. Lean Business Ireland (LBI) will host the Annual LBI Awards Ceremony in Croke Park on the 24th of October 2024. The LBI Awards are open to entries from public and private organisations of all scales and sizes that can demonstrate the effective implementation of Lean thinking and practices in their organisational and enterprise excellence journeys. The event recognises and celebrates achievements in excellence across various sectors and provides an opportunity to socialise and network with fellow Lean and Continuous Improvement colleagues from all around the country. There is no charge to submit entries for the LBI Awards, and organisations can enter up to three categories. The deadline for entries is the 30th of August 2024.
