On this visit you will see hear how the Tirlán Business Excellence team uses their Maturity Assessment to identify opportunities for improvement across their sites. See how Ballitore has evolved using this assessment over the last number of years and how problem solving has played a key role in that journey. There is limited spaces available. The LBI Awards are open to entries from public and private organisations of all scales and sizes that can demonstrate the effective implementation of Lean thinking and practices in their organisational and enterprise excellence journeys. The event recognises and celebrates achievements in excellence across various sectors and provides an opportunity to socialise and network with fellow Lean and Continuous Improvement colleagues from all around the country.
