Let’s spread awareness and talk more openly about suicide. Here are a few ways you can help: 💙 Check in on friends, family, or colleagues - just asking how they’re doing can make a big difference. 💙 Listen without judgment if someone shares their feelings. 💙 Encourage them to seek support from a helpline or a professional. If you are going through a challenging time or know someone who may be, you are not alone, and we all deserve help. Samaritans offer emotional support 24 hours a day, in full confidence.
