From Old Codes to New Connections: Unlocking the Power of Sub-Cultures The Marketing Society of Ireland played host to another great panel yesterday where our MD and Head of Strategy Vivian Chambers was joined by those shaping culture – Daniel Lambert, Jonny Boyle and Shaunagh Farrelly. The discussion delved into the evolution of subcultures and the role they play in creating a space for brands to authentically engage with their customer base. Touching on culture in Ireland specifically, a nation that was once a champion in community building and connection has now experienced a tremendous change – the third spaces that once brought us together are now being hollowed out. But, there is hope at the end of the tunnel as a refresh of old codes and old communities is now happening – and brands can make an effort to play a deserved role in culture. Again, a big thank you to the the Marketing Society and FUEL for hosting the event.
