The Medica (Ireland) team were delighted to attend the official launch of Progressive Vision's new North Dublin clinic in Swords last week. 🌟 A long term partner provider of ophthalmology services across our client Hospitals and sites it was truly exciting to see their vision (pun intended) come to fruition. An amazing high quality, innovative clinic providing expert eye exams, advanced treatments including cataract surgery, macular degeneration care, and dry eye treatments - we were privileged to get a tour and see the clinical team in action.

This International Women’s Day, we are proud to announce our partnership with the Menopause Hub Academy. This partnership demonstrates our support for staff experiencing the often-debilitating symptoms of menopause. With over 40 recognised symptoms, 84% of peri/menopausal women report decreased performance, and one-third have considered leaving their jobs. Through this initiative, our employees will have access to confidential, expert-led clinical consultations, to better understand their symptoms and explore effective relief options. By providing personalised care and practical strategies, we’re reinforcing our commitment to a healthier, more inclusive workplace.
